Terms of use
This site will accept items to post from the general public under the following conditions:-
1. All submissions must be your own, and not copied directly from another site. (This means that you own the copyright of what you are submitting).
2. If content has been copied, we want to know that permission has been granted to do so by the copyright owner.
3. No submissions will be accepted that contain salacious, pornographic, defamatory, hateful, racist, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material. Our decision over inclusion or not is to be considered final.
4. It has been decided that there will be a lower age limit of 16 for advertisements of availability. Do not request advertisements of you are younger than sixteen, or pretend to be older than you are. If there is any doubt, advertisements will be declined.
5. Any transactions undertaken as a result of advertisements placed on this site are at your own risk. It is a case of 'buyer beware' but no more than in any other situation. Use your common sense, and report any misuse to info@youwannaplay.co.uk
6. It is intended that the ads sections are used for genuine, local advertisements, musician to musician. It not intended to be a free area of advertising for businesses. If you are a business and want to advertise then please get in touch separately and we'll talk about what can be done. (I am quite open to sponsorship deals from PRS or Matchless. No... really).
Misuse
Any misuse of the for sale and wanted areas of the site will see the removal of the ads immediately.
If you find anything to complain about, please write to us immediately at info@youwannaplay.co.uk and explain the problem.
We will endeavour to remove the offending item as quickly as possible, where for instance, you are the copyright owner of something in an entry.
